📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Make it 💯. The men’s lacrosse team secured its 100th program victory in its conference opener against St. Bonaventure. The Spiders won 19-8 on 49 shots. Aidan O’Neil had five goals and two assists, and Dalton Young had three goals and four assists. 🥍 Read more about the win here.

🔼 Comeback Dub. The women’s tennis team beat East Carolina 5-2 this past weekend. The Spiders lost the doubles point but were able to take the victory with five straight singles wins. The team is now 6-5 overall and remains 5-0 at home. 🎾 See match scores here.

🔼 Series Win. The baseball team won its series against George Mason 6-5, 17-16, but lost game three 6-9. The Spiders had a walk-off win in game one as Jordan Jaffe drew a bases-loaded walk. They also walked off game two after 10 innings. Nick Lorenzo hit a deep fly ball, allowing Aidan O’Keefe enough time to score.

🔼 Keep on Winning. The women’s lacrosse team beat St. Bonaventure 17-9 to remain undefeated in conference play. Ten different Spiders scored goals, and three freshmen scored the first of their Richmond careers. Amadi Higgins, Lindsey Wright and Emma Kroneberger all scored their first career goal. Alexis Morton had a career-high seven points from three goals and four assists. 🥍 Here’s more about the win.

Comeback Dubs. Spider baseball battled ALL the way back to beat George Mason 17-16 on Saturday.

Climbing the Rankings. The track and field team competed in the Raleigh Relays and had major success. Alicia Dawson placed third in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump. Her 12.62m triple jump and 6.01m long jump rank No. 1 in the Atlantic 10. Molly Wise finished fifth in the long jump. Elizabeth Stockman placed 17th in the 1500m at 4:19.59. Her time ranked No. 2 all-time for the Spiders and No. 1 in the Atlantic 10. 👟 See more times here.
