🔼 Anotha’ Win. The women’s basketball team beat Saint Joseph’s 59-51. Three players scored in double-digits— Addie Budnik (12), Ally Sweeney (11) and Maggie Doogan (11). Sweeney went 2-for-3 in three-pointers. Richmond remains atop the A-10 Conference at 21-5 overall and 12-1 in conference play. 🏀  Read more about the win.

🔼 POTY. Women’s basketball player Maggie Doogan has been named a semifinalist for the 2025 Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Award. The award recognizes the top player from one of the 26 mid-major conferences. Doogan averages 16.8 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. 🏀 Here’s more about Doogan.

🔼 Top Team. The baseball team was picked first in the 2025 Atlantic 10 Conference Preseason Poll. The Spiders and VCU each got 125 points. Richmond received one first-place vote. ⚾️ See the full ranking.

🔼 Awesome Alumni. Richmond Athletics presented its annual alumni honors to Gregg Bond ‘86, Alexis Brandolini ‘01 and Dalton Maine ‘94. Brandolini and Maine received the Alumni Achievement Award. Bond received the Alumni Appreciation Award. 🏆 Learn more about the alumni.
