🔼 A-10 Road Win. The Spiders shot 68% from three-point range and Will Johnston scored 20 second-half points as Richmond defeated Fordham 83-75 in New York Sunday. The win was Richmond’s eighth in a row vs Fordham and 22nd in its last 23 games vs the Rams! It came after Richmond dropped its non-conference finale to Charleston Southern on December 28 and fell in its A-10 opener to George Washington on December 31. 

🔼 End and Beginning. The women’s basketball team played its last game of 2025 and first game of 2026 over the holiday break. The Spiders faced Rhode Island for their first Atlantic 10 road game on Dec. 30 and fell 73-61. The women started the new year on a high note with an 80-60 win over St. Bonaventure. Four players were in double figures and Sam Dewey had a career-high 16 points.

Schedule! Football released the 2026 schedule! The Spiders will play a balanced 12-game slate with six home games at Robins Stadium. There are three non-conference games and nine Patriot League matchups. The first game of the season is at home against Bucknell on Aug. 29.
