Spiders Morning Jolt 11/13: 3rd Women's Basketball Win
The women's basketball team won its third game against Fairfield.

🔼 Three in a Row. The women’s basketball team beat Fairfield 62-39. Rachel Ullstrom led the team with 17 points, and Maggie Doogan was right behind with 15. Ullstrom also had 11 rebounds for her first career double-double. The women held Fairfield to its lowest number of points since 2023. 🏀 Read more about the win.
🔼 Showin’ Off. The Atlantic 10 Conference named Rachel Ullstrom the Co-Player of the Week. This is the second weekly honor of her career. Ullstrom had a career-high 32 points in the Spiders season-opening win over Temple. She is the first player to post more than 30 points in a game since 2016. 🏀 Here’s more about Ullstrom.

Redshirt freshman safety Matthew Traynor was named the Coastal Athletic Association Defensive Player of the Week. He recorded a career-high 12 tackles and a career-best 2.0 tackles for loss. Traynor had a huge interception in the first quarter. He led the Spiders defense, which held Campbell to just seven second-half points.

Match Results. The tennis programs had three athletes compete in the ITA Conference Masters Tournament. Sofia Barbulescu had two singles wins over South Dakota and San Diego. Cole Brashear and Davis Wiley had two doubles wins over ETSU and Drake. 🎾 See the match scores.
