🔼 Hey! Women’s lacrosse player Jemma Peterkin has had a busy summer. Peterkin traveled to Amsterdam, Netherlands, and San Sebastián, Spain, with her teammates and best friends. After the fun of traveling, she resumed her rehab journey on her hip. 🥍 Read more about her summer.

There are 47 days until the first football game of the season! In 2024, the Spiders had 47-57 red zone attempts-scores. And No. 47, Daniel Sellers, had played in his first collegiate game and made one tackle.

🕷️ ONE BIG THING

State Academics. Six Spiders were named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors Academic All-State Team. In addition to excelling athletically, the students met the qualifications of being at least sophomores with a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA. Addie Budnik, Katie Chignell, Laurel Kurtz, Morgan Lyons, Brady O'Brien and Joe Sheridan were honored. 📚 Learn more about the honor.
