🔼 Still Goin’. The women’s tennis team won the opening round of the 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships over No. 9 George Washington and round two against No. 1 VCU. The Spiders won 4-1 after winning the doubles point and three singles matches. Elizabeth Novak clinched the win with her victory on court No. 5.

The Spiders also beat VCU 4-1. They lost the doubles point but came back in singles play, where they won four singles matches. Polina Shitikova clinched the win on court No. 6 for the victory. Now, the women will play No. 4 Fordham tonight at 5:30 p.m. ET.

🔼 Summer Camps! Women’s soccer head coach Adam Denton announced this year’s upcoming summer camps! There will be multiple Senior ID Prospect Clinics in June and July. Players rising into grades 8-12 are welcome to join on June 9, July 14 and July 27-28. ⚽️ Read more about the camps here.

Weekly Honor. The Atlantic 10 Conference named Elke Van der Westhuizen Track Performer of the Week. Van der Westhuizen took 7th place in the 200m at the Virginia Challenge.
