🔼 Champions! The men’s lacrosse team won the Atlantic 10 Championships for their sixth conference tournament title in the last 12 years. The Spiders beat High Point 16-10. Joe Sheridan and Daniel Picart each scored three goals. The team will play in the NCAA Championships first round against No. 8 North Carolina on Saturday at noon.

🔼 Diamond Stats. The baseball team took on Dayton this past weekend. The Spiders won game one 9-2. Aaron Whitley led the team with two hits and two runs. Ryan Bilka took the win on the mound. The Spiders won the series after beating the Flyers 15-1 on Sunday. D.J. Pacheco led the team with three hits and four RBIs. Jordan Jaffe had three runs.

Wrapped Up. The women’s lacrosse team finished its season in the Atlantic 10 Championship semifinal game, falling to No. 1 UMass 16-11.

The Spiders end their season with a ##-# overall record.

🕷️ ONE BIG THING

Track Record. The track and field team competed in the Atlantic 10 Championships. On day one, Molly Wise earned gold in the long jump with a mark of 6.26 meters. On day two, the Spiders finished fourth overall and earned three more gold medals. Darya Mikusova won gold in the 400m hurdles. The 4×800m and 4×400m relay teams won gold also.
