Women’s basketball player Maggie Doogan has earned her sixth Atlantic 10 Player of the Week Honor. Doogan was named the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association and to the NCAA Starting Five. She averaged 33.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 58.5% from the field and 55.6% from behind the arc. Doogan set a new Richmond single-game scoring record with 48 points in the triple-overtime game against Davidson.

Welcome! The field hockey team added Luciana Carpenter to its fall 2026 roster. Carpenter is a graduate transfer from the University of Louisville. She has been a defender for her 37 career games. Carpenter is a two-time NFHCA Academic Squad selection.
