Four baseball players were named to the All-Championship Team.

🔼 Honors x4. The Atlantic 10 Conference named four Spiders to the All-Championship Team— Kyle Roche, Jack Arcamone, Phil Bernstein and Jordan Jaffe.
Roche is a graduate student right-handed pitcher. This season, he pitched 86.2 innings. He struck out 72 batters, had five wins and had an ERA of 3.74.
Arcamone is a freshman catcher. He played in 56 games and started in 46. At the plate, he had 52 hits with six home runs and 33 RBIs. His batting average was .289.
Bernstein is a graduate student outfielder. He had a fielding percentage of .984, playing in 59 games and starting in 58. Bernstein had 75 hits this season with three home runs and 47 RBIs.
Jaffe is a sophomore infielder. He played in 49 games and started in 48. Jaffe had 59 hits with 11 home runs and 47 RBIs. He had a fielding percentage of .987.
🔼 Camp Time. Summer is coming quickly, and what better way to get the kids outside than a Spider men’s lacrosse camp? Join the team at the Prospect camp on Thursday, June 13 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Instructional Camp will be on Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11. It will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day. 🥍 Register for the camps here.

🕷️ ONE BIG THING
Remembering Beckwith. For over 20 years, Greg Beckwith served as Spider Basketball’s radio and television analyst. He was also inducted into the Richmond Athletics Hall-of-Fame in 2003 for his performance as a guard on the men’s basketball team. Beckwith helped lead the 1983-84 team to the program’s first berth in the NCAA Tournament and again in 1986.
