🔼 Victory! The men’s lacrosse team beat UMass 14-4 in the Atlantic 10 Conference semifinal game. The No. 10 and top-seeded team will face High Point tomorrow at noon. Gavin Creo and Leo Caine each scored two goals. The team has the longest active title game streak in the nation, with 11. 🥍 Here’s more about the win.

🔼 Advancing. The women’s lacrosse team beat St. Bonaventure 11-8 in the Atlantic 10 Conference quarterfinal game. The Spiders will play No. 1 UMass today at noon. Come out to the game! Grace Muldoon and Colleen Quinn each scored four goals. 🥍  Read more about the victory.

🔼 Season Awards. The men’s lacrosse team claimed five of the six Atlantic 10 postseason major awards— Aidan O’Neil (Offensive Player of the Year), Max Merklinger (Midfielder of the Year), Zach Vigue (Goalie of the Year), Hunter Smith (Co-Defensive Player of the Year) and Dan Chemotti (Coach of the Year) all earned top honors, while the Spiders placed 10 players on All-Conference teams. The women’s lacrosse team placed six Spiders on the Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams, and Grace Muldoon was named the Midfielder of the Year.

Nationals Bound. Four women’s basketball players will represent the Spiders in the 2025 USA Basketball 3x Nationals. Maggie Doogan, Rachel Ullstrom, Sam Dewey and Ally Sweeney will play in the 3×3-style tournament on May 2-4. 🏀 Here’s more about the tournament.
