🔼 Preseason Honors. FCS Football Central selected Camden Byrd to the First Team Preseason All-America honors. Byrd is a defensive end and team captain for the football team. He enters the 2026 season having appeared in 38 career games for the Spiders. Last season, he started in all 12 games, recorded 34 tackles, including 11.5 tackles for loss totaling 83 yards.

🔼 Final Rewards. The cross country and track & field team announced the the program’s 2025-26 award winners. Brooke Reif and Hallie Muniz swept the running awards, earning Most Outstanding Athlete honors in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. Molly Wise was named the Most Outstanding Indoor and Outdoor Field Athlete.
