🔼 Huge Victory. The women’s basketball team beat VCU 77-47 on Sunday in the Operation: Code Red game. The Spiders played in front of their largest home crowd of 5,224 since the 2000 season. The team is now 16-4 overall and 6-1 in A-10 play. The win also marked head coach Aaron Roussell’s 450th career win. Rachel Ullstrom led the team with 20 points.

🔼 Laps on Laps. The swim and dive team faced Villanova on Friday. The Spiders posted several top-three finishes. Lena Amare led the team with a first-place finish in the 200 free, 100 fly, and 200 freestyle relay. Presley Barber had two individual victories.

Road Game. The men’s basketball team faced St. Louis on Saturday. Two players were in double-figures in the team’s 88-63 loss.

Top-Two’s. The track and field team posted multiple top-two finishes at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational on Saturday. Molly Flanagan won the 500m and Caroline Donohoe was right behind in second place. Ashley Bolesh won the 800m. The 4×400 relay team finished first.
