🔼 Dominant Day. The football team came out with a strong defensive effort and defeated Elon 27-17. The defense recorded three takeaways that resulted in 10 points and six tackles for loss, including three sacks. Richmond received points from Brandon Peskin’s two field goals, Quantraill Morris-Walker’s pick-six, Camden Coleman’s 6-yard run and Zach Palmer-Smith’s 56-yard run.

🔼 By One. The soccer team lost against Fordham 1-0. The Spiders are now 3-5-2 this season.

🔼 Overtime Victories. The field hockey team started its weekend with a 5-4 win over Davidson. Grace Wiggins scored the game-winning goal at 1:30 in overtime. That was Wiggins’s second goal of the game. Valen Luna Paratore also scored twice. The Spiders also beat Towson 2-1 in overtime. Luna Paratore scored the game-winning goal, and Wiggins scored the first goal.
