📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Opening Win. The men’s lacrosse team won its Atlantic 10 Conference opener against St. Bonaventure 22-5. The men had a program-record 68 shots in a 35-point performance. Lucas Littlejohn had three goals and three assists. 🥍  Read more about the victory.

🔼 First Time. The women’s lacrosse team and Rhode Island played each other for the first time ever on Saturday. The Spiders won 13-8. Colleen Quinn led the team with four goals and one assist. Grace Muldoon also had a hat trick with three goals. 🥍 Here’s more about the win.

🔼 Court Report. The women’s tennis team won its first Atlantic 10 Conference victory of the season. The Spiders beat George Mason 5-2, winning the doubles point and three singles matches. The women went on to their second straight conference win over Duquesne 6-1 on Saturday. Finally, the women ended their weekend with a 4-3 win over Georgetown on Sunday.

🔼 Conference Win. The men’s tennis team won its first Atlantic 10 Conference match of the season. The Spiders beat Duquesne 6-1. The men won the doubles point and five singles matches.

🕷️ ONE BIG THING

Relay Time. The track and field team competed at the Raleigh Relays. On day one, Laurel Kurtz finished 28th in the 10k. Gabrielle Cummings took 33rd in the 100m. On day two, Molly Wise won the long jump with a school-record leap of 6.32 meters and Darya Mikusova set a new school record of 59.95 in the 400 meter hurdles, finishing seventh.
