📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Patriot League! The football program is moving to the Patriot League following the 2024 season. The Spiders will complete the 2024 season in the CAA in 2024 and start in the Patriot League in 2025. Richmond is the eighth football member of the Patriot League, joining Bucknell, Colgate, Fordham, Georgetown, Holy Cross Lafayette and Lehigh. Since introducing athletic scholarships in 2013, the Patriot League has been among the most competitive conferences in the FCS.

🔼 Three Honors. Inside Lacrosse named three Spiders to its 2024 All-America lists. Dalton Young, Zach Vigue and Jack Pilling received spots on the All-America Honorable Mentions list. Young finished with the second-most points ever by a Spider in a season with 75 from 36 goals and 39 assists. Vigue helped the team reach fifth in the nation in scoring defense. Pilling was responsible for 31 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers. 🥍 Here’s more about the trio’s performance.

🔼 Thanks! What a great season the men’s lacrosse team had. The Spiders went 10-6 overall and 4-1 in conference play. All of you fans led Richmond to rank ninth in the nation in both average and cumulative attendance. We hope to see you all again next season!

Summer Play. Two Spider men’s lacrosse players will be playing with the Premiere Lacrosse League! Dalton Young will be on the Denver Outlaws, and Jake Kapp will be on the New York Atlas. The league plays from June to August.
