🔼 Healthy Info. Spider Performance hosted a Women’s Health Symposium for all female student-athletes and staff members. The event spotlighted not only reproductive health but also served as an informative session focusing on how to train and compete at the highest levels as female athletes. 🗣️ See who the guest speaker was.

🔼 We’re Hosting! The men’s and women’s tennis teams are hosting the River City Tennis Open from Oct. 3-5. The men's field features James Madison, Hampton, Bucknell, William & Mary and Navy, while the women's side includes Hampton and George Washington.

🔼 One Down. The soccer team fell to Dayton 1-0 on Thursday night. The Spiders had a total of three shots. Veronica Rrapi tallied eight saves.

Away Game. The football team plays at Bucknell tomorrow. The game is at 12pm ET and can be streamed on ESPN+. This is the third meeting between the two teams. Richmond holds a 2-0 advantage in the series. The Spiders defense ranks sixth in the country and first in the Patriot League in total defense. 🏈  Here’s more about the game.
