🔼 Doubled ‘Em. The women’s basketball team beat Saint Louis by 48 points on Wednesday. Richmond won 92-44. Maggie Doogan and Rachel Ullstrom led the team with 16 points each. This marked Doogan’s 99th game in double figures. The Spiders are now on an eight-game win streak.

Shoot Your Shot. Women’s basketball player Rachel Ullstrom was selected as one of the 10 midseason nominees for the Ann Meyers-Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Award. The award recognizes the top shooting guards in women’s college basketball each season. In her four years at Richmond, Ullstrom has totaled 1,471 career points and made 246 three-pointers. Along with Ullstrom, Maggie Doogan was also named to a midseason honor. She was named one of 10 midseason candidates for the 2026 Katrina McClain Award. The award recognizes the nation’s top power forward in women’s college basketball.
