🔼 Victory! The football team beat Furman 13-9 on Saturday. Richmond is now 4-1 overall. Carson Derey scored a touchdown and Kyle Bitsko made two field goals. The Spiders had 188 total rushing yards and 167 total passing yards. The defense recorded five sacks.

🔼 Still Unbeaten. The soccer team beat St. Bonaventure 2-1 on Sunday. Morgane Zinn scored 60 minutes into the game. Paige West scored her first career goal, which was also the game-winning goal, at 88 minutes. The Spiders had 17 shots and 10 shots on goal. Goalkeeper Veronica Rrapi had four saves in goal and Isabel Seifert had one save. Richmond improved to 6-0-5 overall and 1-0-2 in Atlantic 10 play while remaining unbeaten through 11 games for the first time in program history. Dating back to last season, UR is 7-0-7 over its record-long 14-game unbeaten streak.
