🔼 Dub! The men’s basketball team finished the Gulf Coast Showcase with a 73-60 win over Ball State. The Spiders turned an 11-point deficit into a 12-point lead during one run in the second half. DeLonnie Hunt led the team with a career-high 28 points and 15 free throws. Mikkel Tyne added 22 points. 🏀 Read more about the win.
🔼 End-of-Season Honors. The Coastal Athletic Association named Matthew Traynor the Defensive Rookie of the Year. Tom Elia and Jeremiah Grant were named to the All-CAA First Team. Zach Palmer-Smith, Camden Byrd, Carter Glassmyer and Aaron Trusler got spots on the Second Team. Camden Coleman, Nick DeGennaro, Wayne Galloway and Traynor earned Third Team recognition. Cade Salyers and Jabril Hayes were on the Honorable Mention. 🏈 Read about each athlete.
