📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Tourney Wins. The women’s basketball team beat No. 9 Georgia Tech in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The Spiders won 74-49, with Maggie Doogan leading the team with 30 points and a career-high 15 rebounds. It was the program’s first NCAA Tournament victory in school history. The Spiders then took on No. 1 UCLA in the Second Round. The team fell 67-84 to end its postseason run. It was the program’s first-ever appearance in the Second Round.

🔼 Upset! The No. 14 men’s lacrosse team beat No. 13 Georgetown 13-12. This marks the program’s first-ever win over the Hoyas. Aidan O’Neil led the offense with two goals and four assists. Jack Ricciardi and Lucas Littlejohn each had hat tricks. 🥍 Read more about the victory.

🔼 Dub. The women’s lacrosse team beat St. Bonaventure 13-9. The Spiders controlled the last quarter, scoring four goals to take the dub. Alexis Morton scored four goals, and Colleen Quinn had three. 🥍 Here’s more about the win.

🔼 Top 10. The women’s golf team finished ninth at the City of Oaks Collegiate. They had an overall score of 943 (+79). Maya Beasley led the team, tying for 17th individually. ⛳️ See each golfer’s score.

🤔 SPIDERS TRIVIA

Senior Day. The track and field team and cross country team celebrated Senior Day at the 25th annual Fred Hardy Invitational. The Spiders finished with seven ECAC qualifying times.

Champ Recap. Sophomore Melissa Nwakalor finished her season at the NCAA Championships. She finished sixth in the 100 prelims and 70th overall, and 24th in the 50 free. 🏊 Here are more of her season accomplishments.
