The men's basketball A-10 schedule has been released!
Good morning. Spider Athletics mourns the passing of Dr. Leslie William Rose III, a two-time UR graduate who served as a team physician for 25 years. Rest in peace, Dr. Rose.

🔼 Mark Your Calendar! The men’s basketball program released the 2024-25 Atlantic 10 schedule. The Spiders will defend their 2024 A-10 regular season title during an 18-game conference campaign. Play begins at home on Dec. 31 against George Washington. 🏀 Get more info about the schedule.
🔼 Slip ‘n Slide. The women’s golf team battled the weather over the last two days at the Cavalier Regional Preview in Charlottesville, finishing with a team score of 929 (+77). Maya Beasley led the Spiders with a score of 231 (+18), tying for 45th individually. ⛳️ See the other golfer’s scores.

The soccer team opened A-10 action with a 1-0 win over Duquesne. Kiley Fitzgerald scored the winning goal, which was her first career goal. The win snapped the team’s five-game win streak and is the program’s first win over Duquesne since 2015. This was also the first time the Spiders opened A-10 play with a win since 2021.

Fresh Moves. The Atlantic 10 Conference named Valen Luna Paratore Rookie of the Week. This is her second weekly honor of the season. Luna Paratore netted her third game-winning goal in the Spiders 3-1 win vs. Saint Louis. She is second on the team with four goals, tied with Avery Russell. 🏑 Read more about Luna Paratore.
