🔼 Comeback Victory. The football team came back to beat Georgetown on Saturday, 31-24. Aziz Foster-Powell, Ashten Snelsire, Ja’Vion Griffin and Andrew King scored for the Spiders. Snelsire threw for 114 yards and two touchdowns. Griffin finished with a career-high 106 receiving yards. 🏈 Read more about the win.

🔼 Found a Way. The men’s basketball team beat East Carolina 87-72 on Saturday night. The Spiders found a way to turn 25 ECU fouls into 29 points from the free-throw line. The 29 free throws were their most in a game since 2015. Richmond shot 52% from the field. Jonathan Beagle led the team with 15 points. 🏀  Here’s more about the win.

🔼 Season Finale. The field hockey team fell in the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship to Saint Joseph’s 2-0 on Saturday. The Spiders end their season 12-8 overall and 5-1 in conference play with a regular-season A-10 title.

Swim and Win. The swim and dive team had four first-place finishes and several top-four finishes in Friday’s meet at Loyola.

Funding Update. A pair of new development funds will give Spider fans the chance to invest in the university's efforts to enhance roster-building, recruitment, and retention by providing direct payments to basketball student-athletes for the use of their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), Richmond Athletics announced Friday. The Men's Basketball Student-Athlete Development Fund and Women's Basketball Student-Athlete Development Fund will support direct NIL payments to Spider basketball student-athletes and are integral parts of Richmond's response to the House v. NCAA settlement. 🏀 Learn about the new funding opportunities.
