🔼 Developer. Katherine Bulifant was promoted to Associate Athletics Director for Development. She joined Richmond in 2021 and has spent the last four years as the Assistant Athletics Director for Annual Giving. Bulifant managed all day-to-day operations of the department's annual giving program. Now, she will be charged with directing Spider Athletics' development efforts, which ensure that UR student-athletes have the resources necessary to excel athletically, academically, personally, and professionally. 🕷️ Learn more about Bulifant.

Men’s basketball player Will Johnston is from Sydney, Australia. This season, he will be wearing No. 4 for the Spiders. He previously played at Loyola Marymount, UT Rio Grande Valley, South Georgia Tech and Perkiomen Prep. Learn all about Johnston here.

Swim Awards. Two Spiders were named to the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America All-American awards. Tess Weatherhead and Hannah Wieczorek were both named to the Scholar All-America Second Team for the 2024-25 season. Second-Team selections earned a 3.5 GPA or higher and met a "B" time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet. 🏊 Here’s more about the honor.
