🔼 Advancing. Track and field athlete Molly Wise qualified for the NCAA Championship after placing ninth in the long jump at the NCAA East Regionals. She had a leap of 6.18 meters on her first of three attempts. She will be the first Spider to compete at the NCAA Championships since 2021. 👟 Read about her performance.

🔼 Disney Magic. The men’s basketball team is headed to Disney World for the 2025 Terry’s Chocolate ESPN Events Invitational. The tournament is Nov. 27-28 at the Disney World Resort. The Spiders will be part of a four-team bracket that includes Furman, Illinois State and Charlotte. 🏀 Read more about the games.

Thinking of You. Richmond Athletics Hall-of-Famer Tom “Red” Booker passed away at age 85. Booker was one of Richmond’s first “two-sport” stars and earned individual honors in both baseball and basketball. 🏀 Learn more about Booker.
