🔼 Speed. Faster than fast, quicker than quick. Now, we aren’t any Lightning McQueen, but head coach Chris Mooney says the team has great speed all around the court this season. Basketball held its first official practice on Monday, and Mooney is focusing on not overloading the guys but also not being too simplistic. Neal Quinn is back on the court after playing with the Irish National Team and has been hitting the gym and becoming as aggressive as possible on the court.
