📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Clinched! The field hockey team took down St. Joseph’s 2-0 on Friday to clinch a spot in the postseason. This marked the first time the Spiders beat the Hawks since 2017. Clara Larripa scored and had an assist. The team’s four-game win streak came to an end on Sunday when the Spiders fell to American 4-2.

🔼 A Tie. The soccer team tied George Washington 1-1 on Sunday. The Spiders had 10 shots, and four were on goal. Brigitte Bussiere scored in the second half to tie the game. Goalkeeper Veronica Rrapi had two saves.

🔼 Final Round. The men’s golf team finished in ninth place at the Furman Intercollegiate. The men had an overall score of 872 (+20). Jack LaPiana led the team with an individual score of 215 (+2). He tied for 13th place. Lucas Rizo-Patron and Quin Polin tied for 30th with scores of 219 (+6).

🔼 Close Game. The football team hosted Holy Cross on Saturday. The Spiders fell 28-22. Richmond had 373 total yards. Andreas Hill and Aziz Foster-Powell made it to the end zone. Jayden Alsheskie connected on three field goals.

🔼 Regular Season Finale. The cross country team wrapped up its regular season at the Princeton Fall Classic on Friday. The women finished 18th out of 25 teams, and the men finished 31st. Hallie Muniz led the women, finishing 32nd out of 270 runners. Henry Haase took 176th out of 318 runners.

🤔 SPIDERS TRIVIA

Season Finale. The women’s golf team wrapped up the fall season at the Evie Odom Invitational in 12th.

2 Day Event. The swim and dive team hosted the Richmond Duals on Friday and Saturday. On day one, the Spiders finished second with 17 top-three finishes. On day two, the Spiders had several top-four finishes, but fell to Duquesne 151-148.
