📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Semifinalist. For the third year in a row, punter Aaron Trusler has been named a semifinalist for FCS Punter of the Year. The Spiders ranked fifth in the country in net punting with 41.82 yards a kick and ninth in punt coverage with just 42 opponent punt return yards allowed this season. Trusler is responsible for three of the 10 longest punts in program history, with kicks of 76, 75 and 74 yards. 🏈 Here’s more about Trusler.

🔼 National Honors. The National Field Hockey Coaches Association named Clara Larripa and Valen Luna Paratore to the 2024 Division I All-South Region teams. Larripa collected first team, and Luna Paratore earned second-team honors. 🏑  Read about their performances this season.

🤔 SPIDERS TRIVIA

Ranked! The women’s tennis team had two doubles teams ranked in the ITA Top 120 Rankings.

Sofia Maria Barbulescu and Elizabeth Novak ranked No. ___ while Lucy Webber and Lainey O’Neil checked in at No. ____.

Welcome! National Signing Day brought the football team 16 new athletes. There are 10 defensive players, one punter, one quarterback, one offensive lineman, one running back and two wide receivers. 🏈 See the signees.
