🔼 One By One. Cross country laced up its shoes and ran the Annual Spider Alumni Open, where the men and women placed in the top five. The men ran a 6k and placed third, with Stuart Terrill leading the cluster with an 18:18.8 time. Elizabeth Stockman led the women with a time of 13:35.6 in the 4k and helped the team to a fourth-place finish. 🏃 See what times other athletes got here.

Guess Who’s Back? The reigning A-10 champions are back for another winning season. To get into gear, the women’s lacrosse team has five fall games, and two of them will be at home on Sept. 21 and Oct. 21. We will face teams from as far as Japan and as close as our neighbor, VCU.
