Spiders Morning Jolt 5/27: Recognizing Memorial Day

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Baseball Ups and Downs. The baseball team won its game against Saint Joseph’s on Friday, securing its spot in the A-10 Championship. The Spiders won 14-6, with a two-run homer by DJ Pacheco and a three-run homer by AJ Whitley. The men fell to VCU in the Championship final, but matched their best conference tournament finish since winning it all in 2003.

🔼 Track Season Finale. Elizabeth Stockman and Alicia Dawson wrapped up their track and field season on the second day of the NCAA East Preliminary Championships. Dawson placed 36th in the long jump, and Stockman placed 42nd in the 3k steeplechase.
