📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Rival Win. The women’s basketball team beat VCU 75-42 in front of a huge 3,462-person crowd. This was the largest margin of victory the Spiders have had against the Rams since 2001. Katie Hill led the team with 18 points. The women shot 50% from the field, 42.9% from behind the arc and 86.7% at the charity stripe.

🔼 Senior Day Slay. The swim and dive team celebrated its three seniors in the home meet against Villanova. Laura Davis, Carstyn Klosterman and Leigh Spicer were the seniors recognized. The team had six first-place finishes. Gabbie Primiano and Melissa Nwakalor grabbed two gold medal finishes each.

🔼 2 Day Results. The Spiders track & field team competed at the Virginia Tech Invitational this past weekend. On day one, Virginia Beringer led the Spiders with a 300m 9th place finish. Dylan Miller also finished 9th in the 1000m. On day two, the 4×400m Relay A finished third. Molly Flanagan finished 5th in the 800m.
