Good morning, Spiders. Richmond landed four women's track and field athletes on the Atlantic 10 postseason awards lists. Lydia Shields (10,000 meters) and Sydney Phillips (triple jump) earned All-Rookie honors, while Hallie Muniz and Molly Wise were named to the All-Academic team.

Wise won her third consecutive A-10 outdoor long jump title with a mark of 6.10 meters, and Muniz earned silver in both the 5,000 and 1,500 meters at the conference championships. Congrats, Spiders!

Today’s spotlight is on last season’s leading rusher for Richmond football: Aziz Foster-Powell! The junior rushed for 594 yards on 125 carries, earning second team All-Patriot league honors. Foster-Powell was a critical part of helping the Spiders rank third in the Patriot League in rushing offense, as the squad averaged 147.7 yards on the ground per game.
