🔼 Welcome! The field hockey program has a new volunteer goalkeeper coach— Sierra Espeland. Espeland was recently an assistant coach at Mary Washington. She also is the director of the U16 and U19 teams at the Panthers field hockey club. 🏑 Read more about Espeland.

Camp Notebook #2. The defensive line is a well-established unit this season. The group includes two true freshmen, a senior transfer and the rest returners. Last season, the Spiders’ defense tied for first in defensive touchdowns (5), tied for fourth in takeaways (26), fourth in third-down defense (.29) and tied for sixth in sacks (39) in the FCS. Overall, the team was ranked first or second in those categories in the Coastal Athletic Association. 🏈 Read more about the defensive line.
