📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Clean Sheet. The football team shut down Charleston Southern 38-0 at home on Saturday. This is the team’s first shutout since the First Round of the 2022 FCS Playoffs when the Spiders beat Davidson 41-0. The men had 370 total yards against the Buccaneers. On defense, Jeremiah Grant had five tackles, including back-to-back sacks and three tackles for loss. Kyle Wickersham, Zack Palmer-Smith x2, Jabril Hayes, and Nick DeGennaro all scored touchdowns. 🏈 Here’s more about the win.

🔼 Two Games. The field hockey team had to game this past weekend. They lost the first against No. 8 Ohio State 2-0. The Spiders recuperated from their loss to defeat Longwood 2-1 in overtime. Clara Larripa and Valen Luna Paratore scored. Richmond outshot Longwood 16-7, with eight shots on goal.

First Event. The women’s golf team competed in its first event of the fall. The Spiders finished 13th at the Nittany Lion Invitational. They had an overall score of 933 (+69). Maya Beasley led the team with a 225 (+9) score, tying for 21st. ⛳️ See all of the golfer’s scores.
