🔼 Tip-Top Trio. Three Spider swim and dive athletes were named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team— Megan Carson, Katelyn Pennell and Lucy Yeomans. The swim and dive team was named a 2023 Fall Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Association of America, earning the second-highest GPA in the country at 3.79.
Grateful and appreciative for everyone who has helped me make this happen!

🔼 Bright Future. It’s hard to watch them go, but we love to watch their journey. Andre Gustavson was on the Spider men’s basketball team from 2018-23. He is now on his way to play on Karhu in the Finnish Basketball League.

All Wrapped Up. It’s that time of year when college sports are all finished for the University of Richmond. Vice President and Director of Athletics John Hardt had wonderful things to say about the Spiders this school year. More than 100 student-athletes received their degrees, the Spiders won five conference championships, grades were outstanding and changes were announced for football in 2025.
