🔼 Top 20. Women’s basketball player Rachel Ullstrom was named to the Ann Meyers-Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Preseason Top 20 Watch List. The award recognizes the top shooting guard in Division I women’s college basketball. You can vote for Ullstrom in a couple of weeks, so be on the lookout! 🏀 Read more about Ullstrom.

Field hockey athlete Emma Williams was named the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week. Williams scored the first goal for Richmond in the team’s 5-1 win against William & Mary. She was also a member of the Spiders’ defensive penalty corner unit that kept the Tribe to just two corners and did not relinquish a goal off a corner.
