🔼 Mark the Calendar! The women’s basketball team released its 2026-27 non-conference schedule. The Spiders will play eight non-conference games at home in Robins Center and 10 in the Richmond metro area. The first game is set for Nov. 2 against Charlotte. Tip-off times and broadcast details will be added on RichmondSpiders.com as they become available, and the team's Atlantic 10 schedule is expected to be released in September. 

🔼 Opponents Selected. The men’s basketball team will compete in The Greenbrier Tip-Off. The men will face Western Kentucky on Friday, Nov. 20 at 7pm ET. Then, the Spiders will take on Liberty on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 4:30pm ET. Both games will be played inside Colonial Hall at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.

🔼 Tied It. The soccer team tied American 1-1 on Thursday. The Spiders are now 1-0-1 overall this season. Emma Newman scored soon after American did to tie the game. This marked her first goal of the season. Kingsley Hughes and Morgane Zinn were credited with assists. The women had 16 shots and six on goal. Goalkeeper Veronica Rrapi made one save and allowed a goal, and Isabel Seifert made one save.

🔼 Top 100. Women’s lacrosse player Bea Trinque was named to the Nike Lacrosse/ILWomen Freshman Rankings. The list recognizes the top 100 incoming freshmen in the high school Class of 2026. Trinque is the only incoming freshman representing an Atlantic 10 program on the list.
