🔼 Our Town. The women let everyone know who rules Richmond in Wednesday’s win over VCU. Grace Townsend led a great performance to help the team in the 72-65 victory. She paced the team with 21 points, and Rachel Ullstrom followed with 20 points. The Spiders are now 12-3 overall and 2-0 in conference play. 🏀  Here’s how it all happened.

🔼 Three Cheers. The Division I FCS All-ECAC team has three of our Spiders on the list. Each of the three athletes has been named to many postseason honors. Know who they are? Ryan Coll, Aaron Trusler and Tristan Wheeler. 🏈 Read more about the players here.

Made the Cut. The men’s lacrosse team is ranked No. 20 in the USA Lacrosse Division I Men’s Preseason Top 20 poll. The Spiders are ready to make their mark again as they look to make a sixth appearance in the NCAA tournament this season. The Spiders are coming off an 11-5 2023 season, going 9-0 at home for the second time in program history and winning the first-ever Atlantic 10 Men’s Lacrosse title at Robins Stadium.
