🔼 Dub #20. The women’s basketball team beat Duquesne 82-58 for its 20th win of the season. Rachel Ullstrom recorded 21 points to reach the 1,000-point milestone. Maggie Doogan had her second-straight double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds. 🏀 Read more about the victory.

🔼 Ranked Win. The women’s lacrosse team beat No. 19 Penn State in its season opener. Richmond’s seven goals in the third quarter gave them the lead to beat the Nittany Lions for the first time in program history. Colleen Quinn led the team with four goals and three assists. 🥍 Read more about the win. 

🔼 First Dub. The men’s lacrosse team won its first game of the season as they beat Robert Morris 17-2. Joe Sheridan led the team with four goals. Aidan O’Neil and Henry Alpaugh each had three goals. 🥍 See how each player performed.

Top 10. Aidan O’Neil’s four goals scored tied him for 10th place in Richmond’s all-time record book for career points.

2 Meets. The swim and dive team competed at the Cavalier Invite and Virginia Tech Diving Invite this weekend. Melissa Nwakalor had a record-breaking performance in the 50 free, with a time of 21.98, the fastest in program and Atlantic 10 history. Sally Harrington led the divers with a 229.70 point 1-meter dive score.
